The PADI Adventure Diver Course
The PADIAdventure Diver course helps you get more out of diving by introducing you to new types of scuba diving adventures. It’s a great opportunity to work with your Vision Divers PADI Instructor to build your scuba diving skills and gain more confidence.
The Fun Part
Have you always wanted to try digital underwater photography? How about wreck diving? Here's your chance! Vision Divers will guide you through three adventure dives, giving you a taste of some of the many specialty courses that PADI has to offer. These adventure dives can help you feel more at ease in the water, strengthening your underwater skills and letting you enjoy scuba diving more than ever.
What You Learn
Your Adventure Diver course will include the PADI Deep Diver and PADI Underwater Navigator dives as well as one additional dive. The third dive will be one of the following:
The Scuba Gear You Use
You will need basic scuba gear to complete this course. If you don’t own your equipment, you can hire this from us at Vision Divers for an additional fee.
If you don’t already have them, you will need to buy the following items of equipment prior to or at the beginning of your course:

Surface Marker Buoy (SMB)

Underwater compass

Diving knife
If you are completing the PADI Night Diver dive, you will also need to buy an underwater torch.
The Learning Materials You Need
You can complete the theory component of the PADI Adventure Diver course using eLearning.
Alternatively, PADI’sAdventures in Diving Manual provides information on more than 16 types of specialty diving. You will need to contact us at Vision Divers to arrange for a manual to be ordered for you, prior to commencing your course.

Your Next Adventure
After your PADIAdventure Diver certification you can take the next step by completing two more adventure dives with us at Vision Divers. If you've completed five total adventure dives that include deep and navigation, you're a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
PADIAdventure Dives can also count towards PADI Specialty Diver certifications. For example, if you liked your Night Adventure Dive so much that you wanted to take a complete PADI Night Diver Specialty course, your Night Adventure Dive can count as the first dive of that specialty.
